More Information on NEW iOCBC online trading

OCBC Securities has completed upgrading its current iOCBC online trading platform to a more robust, secure and faster system with an improved user interface. You will also enjoy better interactivity and enhanced reliability.

Please take note of the following:

1) All existing iOCBC online customers would have previously received a notification letter containing their new User ID by June 2008. Please feel free to call us at 1800 338 8688 or (65) 6338 8688 or email us at e_services@ocbcsec.com for any further clarification on the migration process.

2) The current iOCBC online trading portal will be decommissioned and taken out of production on 15 Sept 2008

3) If you have opened your iOCBC account after 19 April 2008, you will not be affected by this migration process as your account will be opened in the new system.

4) During this migration period, our helpdesk may experience an overwhelming volume of calls. If you have difficulty calling through, please leave us a message on our voice mailbox or drop us an email and we will get back to you promptly.

Answer:  The system requirements for the new system are as follows.

a) Windows ME/2000/NT/XP

b) Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above with cipher strength 128 bits and Java Virtual Machine enabled

c) Mozilla FireFox 1.0 or above
