If you already have a trading account with OCBC Securities and wish to link your existing account to iOCBC online trading system

 

a. Please read our Terms & Conditions.

b. Please download and complete the iOCBC Application Form.

To link your OCBC Securities Trading Account to CDP Securities Account.

Please download and complete the CDP Form 25A.1

3a.

To apply for GIRO Service (applicable to OCBC Bank account holders only)

 

Please download and complete the GIRO Application Form

To apply for Electronics Payment for Shares (EPS) Service

 

Please download and complete the EPS Application Form

4.

To update your particular with OCBC Securities / CDP

 

 

If you are a registered user of CDP Internet Access, you may update your address and contact information online.

 

Alternatively, you may download and complete the Updating Form.

After completion, kindly mail the original form back to us.

Please note that we are unable to accept fax or email requests.

 

Note:
a) Your signature must be the same as per CDP’s record.

b) For updating of personal particulars such as

 

* Change of Name

* NRIC/Passport Number,

* Nationality

* PR status

 

You can either visit CDP or our office personally with the original supporting documents or certify your supporting documents at the following: Advocates & Solicitors / Notary Public / Singapore Embassy / Justice of Peace.

 

 

5a.

To apply for Central Depository System (CDS) Account

 

 

 

Please download and complete the CDS Form

To facilitate the trading in Bursa Malaysia , you are required to open a CDS Account.

Please complete and enclose a cheque of S$5.00 being payment for CDS account opening fees.

Please make cheque payable to “OCBC Securities Pte Ltd”.

If you are a Malaysian, kindly fill up a Declaration Form as outlined in item 4b below.

 

 

5b.

Declaration Form for Malaysian Client who is opening CDS account

 

In compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia Foreign Exchange Administration (FEA) Rule, any sale proceeds and contra gains in relation to Malaysia stock holdings held by Malaysia residents are strictly required to be made in Ringgit.

If you wish to receive in foreign currency, you will need to sign and submit to us a one-time Declaration Form. 

This will allow us to act on your future instructions on the conversion of MYR to a foreign currency.

6.

To apply for Share Financing / Share Borrowing Account

 

If you already have a cash trading account with us, and wish to open a Share Financing / Share Borrowing account, please download the Application Form, complete, sign and mail it back to us. You are required to place collateral with us for trading in these accounts.

 

Note: Your signature must be the same as per your trading account opening form.

 

 

7.

To apply for Managed Account

 

To apply for a Managed Account, please download the Discretionary Portfolio Management Account Application Form to complete, sign and mail back to us with a copy of your NRIC or Passport. You are required to place a minimum investment sum of at least $50,000 in cash or shares ( Singapore , or other marketable securities) or a combination of both.

 

Additional supporting document required (at least one of the following):

-          An original and recent mobile/phone bill

-          An original and recent bank statement

-          An original and recent income tax assessment

-          An original and recent bi-annual CPF statement

 

 

8.

W-8BEN (For trading in US market)

 

The W-8Ben Form  must be signed and submitted to OCBC Securities Pte Ltd before commencement of trading.

Trading in US Markets is only allowed for non-US citizen / non-US resident.

9.

To apply for Extended Settlement (“ES”) Contract Trading Account

 

ES contract is a futures product and it is a different product from securities trading. Existing clients need to open a separate trading account for trading in ES contracts. You may also contact our Customer Service Officers for a copy of the forms to be mailed to you. 

 

Please note that for applicants who are not existing clients of OSPL, you will have to complete both our Account opening forms for Securities Trading Account and the ES Contract Trading Account.

10.

Client Investment Profile

 

Please download and complete the above Client Investment Profile form.

By completing the Client Investment Profile form, it enables us to understand your risk and investment objectives better.

11.

To update the Beneficial Owner for your Trading Accounts with OCBC Securities Pte Ltd

 

Please download and complete the relevant "Change of Beneficial Owner Form".
