Your mobile device must have GPRS connection, J2ME, and Java MIDP 2.0 supported.

3: Do I need to subscribe to a particular mobile service provider so that I can access Mobile Trading?
 

No. The iOCBC Mobile Trading service is available to all 3 mobile service providers. You will be able to access our Mobile Trading Platform.  Kindly check with your respective mobile service provider for set up details to activate GPRS service on your mobile phone.

7: Why I am unable to access to the iOCBC Mobile Trading Platform?
 

For added security, the new mobile trading system incorporates the latest technology and security features, such as end-to-end encryption for login and transaction.

 

Due to incompatible browser and security setting, we regret to inform you that the new mobile trading platform does not support the following phone models and some other phone models which are not listed here, please use other alternative phone models to trade online with us:

 

Dopod / HTC / O2 / iPhone / iMode platform / Samsung Z370 / DH900 / E730 / Nokia 6680 / Sony Ericsson W960i

Due to technical incompatibility issues, we regret to inform you that the new mobile trading platform does not support the iMode phone. Please use other alternative phone models to trade online with us.

Before you purchase a new mobile phone, kindly check with the sales personnel at the telco shop and ensure that you are able to log in to the new mobile trading platform at: https://www1.iocbc.com/mobile/index.html

 Settings & Download Instructions - Answers
1: How do I download the Mobile Trading login application?
 

Kindly access to https://www1.iocbc.com/mobile/index.html to download the Mobile Midlet and save it in your “Applications” folder on your mobile phone.

Next click on the download link according to your mobile phone model.

If your mobile phone model is not stated on the download page, kindly select the next closest mobile model. (Example: If you are using Nokia N73, you may select the download link for N91)

If your phone model is not indicated, kindly select the download for ‘Other Phones’ and click on ‘JAR’ or ‘JAD’.

4: Can I use the iOCBC Mobile Trading portal when I am overseas?
 

It depends on whether your service provider has any GPRS agreement with the overseas partner. Please check with your respective service providers (i.e. : M1, Starhub, Singtel)
