In Summary, Units of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 09 Jan 2008       : Units before the Sub-Division (iOCBC stock code: S67)

From 10 Jan 2008       : Units after the Share Split (iOCBC stock code: ES3)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 100 Units on or before 9 Jan 2008, your new holding will be 1000 shares from 10 Jan 2008 onwards.

Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide  for adjustment of your portfolio.

(2) Change in BoardLot Size

Due to the sub-division exercise, the board lots of Units traded on the SGX-ST will be increased from 100 units to 1000 units with effect from 10 Jan 2008
