NEOCORP INTERNATIONAL LTD

(i) Share consolidation of every twenty five (25) existing issued ordinary shares into one (1) ordinary share

(ii) Share consolidation of every eight (8) Pre-Acqusition Consolidated Shares into one (1) ordinary share

In Summary, Shares of the Company will be traded as follows :

Up to 5 March 2008  :Before Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code : 516 )

From 6 March 2008     : After Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code : 5MY   )

Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide for adjustment of your portfolio.

Do ensure that you have checked your new holding prior to submitting of your sales order. Any oversold by client will constitute as "Short Selling" and will be subjected to buying-in by SGX. 

(iii) Change of Name with effect from 14 March 2008 

Please note that the abovementioned Company has changed its name to "Novo Group Ltd". With effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 14 March 2008, its shares will be traded under the new name.
