Sub-Division of every two (2) existing ordinary share into three (3) ordinary shares

In Summary, Shares of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 2 May 2008    : Shares before the Sub-Division (iOCBC stock code: 5DQ)

From 5 May 2008    : Shares after the Sub-Division (iOCBC stock code: 5MZ)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 1000 Shares on or before 2 May 2008, your new holding will be 1500 shares from 5 May 2008 onwards.

Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide for adjustment of your portfolio.
