Steps to download JavaSun software

In order to access the NEW iOCBC online trading system, you will need to ensure that JavaSun is installed and configured in your Internet Explorer. Please follow the steps below:     

1. Click http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to download the latest Java Sun. 
2. Click under the section of "Window XP/Vista/2000/2003 Offline", and click "Run" from the File Download popup window.
3. Accept the license agreement.
4. Under the 'Windows Platform', click on the 'Windows offline installation, multi-language' to download the java.
5. After installation is complete, restart your computer.
6. Start your Internet Explorer.
7. From the Internet Explorer Menu Bar, click on Tools and click Internet Option.
8. At the General tab, on the middle portion of the page, click on the Setting button under Temporary Internet Files.
9. A setting window will open; ensure that the check for newer versions of stored pages is set to 'Every visit to the page'.
10. Click on view files button on the same page.
11. Select all files and delete it.
12. Then click OK to close the setting windows.
13. Next click on the Privacy tab and click on the 'Advanced' button on the same page.
14. An Advanced Privacy Settings window will open; make a tick on the 'Override automatic cookie handling'.
15. Ensure that the First Party Cookies and third party cookies are both set to 'Accept'.
16. Make a tick on the Always allow session cookies.
17. Next click on the Advance tab and scroll down to locate Java and ensure that the check box is ticked.
18. Click OK to exit from all the windows.
19. Close your Internet Explorer and start it again for the changes to take effect.
20. Login to iOCBC again.
