Please note that the abovementioned Company has changed its name to Scintronix Corporation Ltd. With effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 1 June 2009, its shares will be traded under the new name. The new trading name and abbreviated name will be "Scintronix" and "SCINTRON" respectively.
