(1) Share consolidation of every 4 shares into 1 consolidated share with effect from 24 Jan 2008

In summary, shares of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 23 Jan 2008         : Before Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: 5CG)

From 24 Jan 2008         : After Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: 5MM)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 1000 shares on or before 23 Jan 2008, your new holding will be 250 shares from 24 Jan 2008 onwards. Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide  for adjustment of your portfolio.

Do ensure that you have checked your new holding prior to submitting of your sales order. Any oversold by client will constitute as "Short Selling" and will be subjected to buying-in by SGX.

(2) Temporary trading counter for trading in board lots of 250 Semitech’s consolidated shares

Commencement date for trading : 24 Jan 2008

Last Day for trading                   : 22 Feb 2008

iOCBC Stock Code                   : 5MN

(3)  Change of name to “Sky One Holdings Ltd” with effect from 31 January 2008
