Share Consolidation of every ten (10) common shares with a par value of one hundred Korean Won (KRW 100) each in the capital of the company into one (1) consolidated share with a par value of one thousand Korean Won (KRW 1,000) (the "consolidated shares")

In Summary, Shares of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 28 Nov 2008    : Before Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: V33)

From 1 Dec 2008    : After Share Consolidation (Board Lot size : 100, Stock code: GZ9)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 1000 Shares on or before 3 Dec 2008 (book closure date), your new consolidated holdings will be 100 shares. Please refer to the User Guide  for adjustment of your portfolio.

Do ensure that you have checked your new holdings prior to submission of your sales orders. Any oversold positions by client will be constituted as "Short Selling" and will be subjected to buying-in by SGX.
