JK TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED (Existing Stock Code: 5CO)

1) Proposed Change of Name of the Company from JK Technology Group Ltd to St. James Holdings Ltd

Subject to shareholders approval, the name of the Company will be changed to St. James Holdings Ltd with effect from 7 August 2008.

2a) Share Consolidation of every five (5) existing ordinary shares into four (4) consolidated shares

2b) The number of unexercised Warrants will be adjusted on the basis that every five (5) Warrants will be consolidated  into four (4) consolidated Warrants

In Summary, Shares of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 6 August 2008  : Shares / Warrants before the Share Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: 5CO / J20W respectively)

From 7 August 2008  : Shares / Warrants after the Share Consolidation  (iOCBC stock code:  5NH / 5NJW respectively)

Between 7 August 2008 to 5 September 2008 : Trading period for temporary board lot of 100 consolidated shares (stock code: 5NI)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 1000 Shares on or before 6 August 2008, your new holding will be 800 shares from 7 August 2008 onwards.

Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide for adjustment of your portfolio.

Do ensure that you have checked your new holdings prior to submission of  your sales orders.Any oversold positions by client will be constituted as "Short Selling" and will be subjected to buying-in by SGX
