1) Consolidation of every four (4) existing issued ordinary shares into one (1) ordinary share

(A) In summary, Shares of the Company will be traded as follows:

Up to 16 January 2009 : Shares before the Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: 5BB)

From 19 January 2009 : Shares after the Consolidation (iOCBC stock code: 5OC)

For illustration purpose:

If you have 1000 Shares on or before 16 January 2009, your new holding will be 250 shares from 19 January 2009 onwards

Note :

Due to changes in the iOCBC stock code, your new holding will not be reflected in iOCBC's Portfolio. Please refer to the User Guide for adjustment of your portfolio.

Do ensure that you have checked your new holdings. Any oversold positions by client will be constituted as "Short Selling" and will be subjected to buying-in by SGX.

(B) Temporary trading counter for trading in board lots of 250 consolidated Shares

Commencement date for trading : 19 Jan 2009

Last Day for trading : 31 Feb 2009

2) Change of name:CYBER VILLAGE HOLDINGS LIMITED

Please note that the above mentioned Company has changed its name to Koyo International Limited. With effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 23 January 2009, its shares will be traded under the new name.
