Eligibility

Young Investors Securities Stock Challenge 2010 (the “Game”) is strictly open to students from junior colleges, polytechnics, local universities and other tertiary institutions.

2.

Registration

a) Each participant must register for the Game using his/her own personal particulars.

b) A participant must not use the particulars of another person to register for the Game.

c) The participant whose particulars are used in the registration shall at all times be the actual player of the Game.

3.

Qualifying Conditions

To qualify for the Game, the participants must comply with the following conditions:

a) The participant must comply with and are bound by these Rules and Regulations and the Challenge Mechanics.

b) The participant must complete at least one (1) BUY trade using the virtual cash in his/her trading account during the Game Period.

4.

Prizes

OCBC Securities shall be entitled to withdraw or substitute the Prizes with other items without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

5.

Disqualification

If any participant or winner is subsequently discovered to be not ineligible or qualified to participate in the Game or ineligible to receive the Prize, OCBC Securities shall be entitled to forfeit or reclaim the Prize at its discretion and confer the same on such other person as may be selected in such manner as OCBC Securities deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from OCBC Securities should any Prize be forfeited.

Decision

The decision of OCBC Securities on all matters relating to the Game shall be final and no correspondence(s) or queries will be entertained.

8.

Miscellaneous

a) OCBC Securities shall be entitled at its absolute discretion to withdraw or terminate the Game or vary, delete or add to any of these Rules and Regulations at any time or from time to time without any prior notice including without limitation, the eligibility and/or qualification of any participant and/or winner, the basis and methods of identification of the eligible participants and/or winners.

b) OCBC Securities shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Game, including any act or omission relating to any participation by any participant howsoever caused, any error in computing eligibility, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment.

c) In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and Regulations and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Game, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Challenge Mechanics of the Game, these Rules and Regulations shall prevail.

d) These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants in the Game irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
