Adjustment of SEC fee in the US Markets

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that effective on Settlement Date 21 January 2011, the Section 31 fee rate applicable to securities transaction on the exchanges and over-the-counter markets will be revised.

Please note that effective on Settlement Date 21 January 2011, the SEC fee rate will be adjusted from 0.00169% to 0.00192% for Sell trades.

Regular way equity trades with trade date of 18 January 2011 will receive the new SEC fee rate.
