Change of Name: GUANGZHOU INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED
Please note that the abovementioned Company has changed its name to Yuexiu Property Company Limited. With effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 22 December 2009, its shares will be traded under the new name. The new trading name and abbreviated name will be " Yuexiu Prop 2k" and "YUEXIU" respectively.
