Accessing multiple individual trading accounts

The iOCBC online trading platform is a single login concept for multiple trading accounts for the same client. Therefore, you only require one set of user ID and password to access all the online trading accounts under your name.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct trading account on the buy / sell ticket before proceeding with your order submission.

Accessing individual and joint trading accounts

The iOCBC online trading platform is a single login concept for multiple trading accounts for the same client. Therefore, you only require one set of user ID and password to access all the online trading accounts under your name, including your joint account.

From 5 May 2012, each account holder must have his or her own user ID and password for logging in to the joint trading account on iOCBC. This new arrangement will allow both account holders to access the joint trading account at the same time.

One of the following arrangements will be made for the second joint account holder.

1. If he or she has any other existing user ID and password:

We will link that user ID and password to this new joint trading account from 5 May 2012.

2. If he or she does not have any other existing user ID and password:

We will create a new user ID and password for him or her to access this joint trading account.

Simultaneous login

iOCBC does not allow simultaneous logins. The first terminal will be logged out automatically once you login to the second terminal.

For example, if you are currently logged into iOCBC on your computer, you will be logged out of the session when you login to the second terminal, e.g. an iPhone.

Accessing iOCBC via secured office environment

The access to iOCBC server may be blocked by your company’s network system (firewall). You may wish to approach your network administrator for assistance.
